We are available for in studio or mobile private parties, birthday parties, fundraisers events and much more!!
ALL DEPOSITS HAVE BEEN WAIVED AT THIS TIME!!!! 

HOW IT WORKS

As the host/hostess, you will choose up to 3 projects to offer you and your guests at the party, The only other thing you are responsible for is inviting your guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 7 days prior to your event. Only those who have registered can attend so please be sure everyone registers. 

Private Workshops will have exclusive access to our studio or mobile workshop for 2.5-3 hours on the date and time you have secured. 

Feel free to BYOB or wine to your workshop; however all guests MUST BE 18 years of age or older.

IN STUDIO PARTIES

We are open for Private Parties Tuesday-Friday 11am-9pm and Saturday/Sunday 11am-9pm.  Please select the studio party option and write your requested date in the personalization box. We will contact you shortly to discuss availability. 

MOBILE PARTIES

There will be a $40.00 charge for mobile parties. If you don't want the fee please feel free to book a party in studio!

We want to make sure that you get our full attention and energy for your party so we only schedule one party a day. Parties on Friday's start between 1pm-7pm. On Saturday and Sunday's parties start between 11am and 7pm.  (For other hours please contact us at 678-675-2336 or hammerandstainnorthgeorgia@gmail.com). Please select the mobile party option and write your requested date in the personalization box. We will contact you shortly to discuss availability. 

Parties can be held either inside or outside at your desired location. We provide all equipment and materials, you'll just need to provide the space!

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Chose in studio or mobile party from the drop down menu. 

2. In the personalization box; please indicate your desired date and start time and let us know if this is for a special occasion! 

3. check out! 

Once you have registered, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive party link.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the time and personalization involved in each project, we do not offer refunds, However, if you are unable to complete your project in studio, we can complete your project for a $10-$25 charge (depending on project size) or a kit will be supplied for you to complete your project at home. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (info@hammerandstainnorthgeorgia.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
